Healing Chai

Chai tea (black or roibos uncaffinated tea),ginger,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon with raw honey and almond milk is anti inflammatory and soothing to the gut, also helps to reduce flatulence. Add turmeric for even more soothing. It is also supportive of the circulatory system. Brew 1 cup chai (one teabag in boiling water) add I tablespoon raw honey- or to taste. Add 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened). Enjoy!
