Summer Salad

  • Simple, healthy, delish.  INGREDIENTS….
  • 3  Organic cucumbers, pealed and diced smallish.
  • One organic Avocado, pealed diced similarly.
  • Small Cubed Diaya rice cheese cheddar style.
  • 1  tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
  • 1  large bowl to mix it all together in. Serve : )
  • Makes 4 servings
